Kevin Reddy, the Principal Consultant is a highly skilled and experienced lawyer, investigator, and dispute resolution practitioner with over 25 years of local and international industry experience.  Kevin is a seasoned advocate who has represented businesses and individuals in a range of courts and tribunals.  He is excellent at guiding managers through complex employee relations matters and is known for providing pragmatic solutions to complex problems.     

Kevin has specialist experience in dispute resolution; managing investigations and risk; and policy development and compliance.  He has held senior leadership positions in various companies including Monash University where he provided advice and recommendations, both strategically and operationally on matters related to workplace relations.  This included investigations into sexual harassment; bullying; discrimination; staff performance and misconduct; policy development; legislative and policy interpretation; and contentious student complaints. 

Kevin was appointed Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court of Victoria during which he conducted mediations and conferences, conducted legal research, and assisted in judgment writing. 

Kevin has also provided legal and investigative advice and support to the Law Society and the Law Council Northern Territory in respect of complex complaints about the conduct of legal practitioners including regulatory functions like trust accounts and licencing.  He has also represented the Society as counsel in the Supreme Court.
